Core electronics arrive tested from us, so your site needs no SMT line. Final assembly, potting, testing and 100% online aging all take place on your line — using the test and aging systems we supply — before units ship under your brand.

An indicative plan: from a frozen scope to series production in about 15 weeks for microinverter, hybrid and controller lines. Storage lines add fire-safety works and pack assembly.
Until your line runs, we supply finished products so you can sell from day one.
Storage lines (cell sorting, module and pack assembly, battery aging) add a separate fire-safety zone and typically two to three months.
Indicative plan based on previous projects. Actual timing depends on each project and on many factors — site readiness, local approvals, equipment delivery, staffing and certification — and is agreed per project once these are confirmed.

What does the site need?
Site requirements depend on the products and volumes you plan. Contact us and we will prepare a proposal for your site, including layout and utilities.
Who supplies the battery cells?
We purchase the cells centrally and inspect them before they go into the kits.
Do we get the test and aging systems?
Yes. FCT / ATE stations and the online aging system are part of the line we supply, so testing and 100% aging run in your factory. MES traceability is available as an option.
Can we sell before local assembly starts?
Yes. You can start with finished products as a distributor while the local line is being prepared.
Whose brand do SKD products carry?
Yours. SKD products are assembled and sold under your brand, and we can develop them with you through an OEM / ODM programme. Products under the VaySunic brand are built only in our own manufacturing base, where we control quality end to end.
